Does a verified merchant automatically have every review verified?
No. Merchant verification and review verification are separate concepts.
Can a negative review be useful?
Yes. An isolated criticism can make a profile feel more natural and gives a business the opportunity to show publicly how it responds to a problem.
Does TMF Reviews claim to be better than other review websites?
We do not aim to put down or rank other platforms. They may have different features, methods or histories. We prefer to explain our own approach clearly.

How long is the free trial?
The free trial lasts 45 days for a new eligible store.
What is the difference between Start and Growth?
Start includes store reviews and product reviews. Growth notably adds public merchant responses.
What is the difference between Pro and Business?
Both plans include features such as multilingual support and the advanced API. Business is designed for a higher monthly order volume.
How does annual billing work?
You pay the equivalent of 12 months and receive 14 months of service, including 2 additional months at no extra cost.
What happens if I exceed the included order volume?
An additional per-order fee may apply depending on your plan. The applicable amount is shown directly within each plan.
