Terms of Use
These terms govern access to and use of TMF Reviews, including merchant areas, interfaces, tools, public profiles and related features.
1. Purpose of the service
TMF Reviews is an independent platform for collecting, managing, moderating and displaying customer reviews.
The service may include store reviews, product reviews, merchant replies, widgets, e-commerce integrations, verification features and management interfaces.
2. Account access
Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for actions performed through their accounts.
Team access must only be granted to authorised persons. Each store remains strictly isolated from other stores on the platform.
3. Fair use
TMF Reviews must not be used to publish or generate fake reviews, artificially manipulate ratings, impersonate others, bypass security controls or attempt to access another store’s data.
Fraudulent, abusive or unlawful use may result in restriction or suspension of the service.
4. Reviews and verification
Verified Purchase, imported review and Verified by TMF are separate concepts.
A "Verified by TMF" label on a review refers to verification specific to that review. A "Merchant verified by TMF" label concerns the merchant and does not individually guarantee every review.
A normal negative review is not removed solely because it is negative.
5. Published content
Users remain responsible for content they submit to the platform.
TMF Reviews may moderate, temporarily hide or submit to human review content that is clearly unlawful, abusive, irrelevant, contains sensitive personal data or creates a security risk.
6. Service availability
TMF Reviews uses reasonable measures to maintain the availability and security of the service.
Interruptions may nevertheless occur because of maintenance, updates, technical incidents, third-party outages or events outside our reasonable control.
7. Intellectual property
The TMF Reviews brand, visual identity, interfaces, software, texts and graphics are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
Use of the service does not transfer ownership of those rights to the customer or visitor.
8. Suspension or termination
TMF Reviews may restrict or suspend an account in cases of abuse, fraud, security threats, serious breach of these terms or non-payment.
Commercial cancellation of a subscription is governed by the Terms of Sale.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service, applicable rules or our practices.
The version published on the website applies from the date shown on the page.
