Terms of Sale
These terms govern subscription, billing, renewal and cancellation of paid TMF Reviews plans.
1. Scope
These terms apply to paid TMF Reviews subscriptions and services purchased by merchants using the platform.
The features and limits of each plan are those displayed on the Pricing page at the time of subscription.
2. Pricing
Applicable prices are those displayed for the market and currency assigned to the store.
Applicable taxes are determined from the tax profile, market and tax rules configured within the platform.
3. Free trial
An eligible store may receive a 45-day free trial.
The same store may only use the free trial once.
4. Monthly subscription
A monthly subscription provides access to the service for one month from the start of the paid period.
Unless cancellation is scheduled, a recurring subscription may renew for a new period according to the payment method and payment provider used.
5. Annual subscription
The annual subscription is billed on the basis of 12 months.
Where the annual offer includes 2 bonus months, the corresponding service period is extended to 14 months.
6. Payment
Available payment methods depend on the market and account configuration.
Payments may in particular be processed by Stripe or PayPal. Those providers apply their own technical and security terms.
7. Usage overages
Some plans include a monthly order allowance. Orders above that allowance may result in additional charges according to the overage rate associated with the plan.
8. Renewal and plan changes
When a subscription renews, the new period starts at the end of the current period.
A plan change may be scheduled for the following period when the current period is already active or paid.
9. Cancellation
An authorised store holder may schedule cancellation of an active subscription.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Access therefore remains active until that date.
While the period remains active, a scheduled cancellation may be withdrawn where the payment provider and subscription state permit it.
10. Failed payment
If payment or renewal fails, the subscription may enter a past-due state.
A technical grace period of 7 days may apply before the subscription expires.
11. Refunds
The platform does not provide an automatic refund mechanism.
A refund request may be considered where required by applicable law or where expressly accepted by TMF Reviews in the circumstances concerned.
12. Invoices
Eligible payments generate invoices that retain a snapshot of the seller, customer, tax and commercial information applicable when the invoice is issued.
13. Liability
TMF Reviews provides a software service and does not guarantee a particular level of sales, minimum rating, search ranking or commercial result.
Each party’s liability remains subject to mandatory applicable rules.
14. Disputes
The parties are encouraged to first seek an amicable solution by contacting TMF Reviews.
If no amicable resolution is reached, the dispute is subject to the competent courts determined under applicable rules.
